Blue moon comes in a number of flavours, ranging from Mango Wheat to Summer Honey Wheat, all the way down to Blue Moon Light Sky Citrus Wheat, the lightest beer they have to offer. Blue Moon offers a variety of over 20 beers but the most popular beer they offer is the Blue Moon Belgian White – a Belgian style wheat ale. The Blue Moon Belgian White uses wheat as its main fermenting ingredient, with complementing oats joining the mix as well. It comes with an intrinsic and unique twist of orange peel and coriander which is hard to come by in any other beer variety. The orange peel is included in the fermentation process itself, which makes it different from other orange-hinted beers that include orange as an extract.

As is characteristic of citrusy beers, Blue Moon Belgian White has strong overtones of spicy orange with notes of coriander dispersed in between. Its undertones are more sweetly malty, however. Other lingering tones include hints of lemon zest and the sweetness of the grains. The aromas translate into an acidic taste, with malty sweetness all around. The citrusy orange flavour is also complemented with the spiciness of the coriander.
