During lock down it was still important to keep cleaning the lines regular, this will ensure we keep the quality of our beers high.
During a normal trading period we would clean our lines every Thursday ready for the busy weekend. We prefer and enjoy doing it the old fashioned way.
Lots of places now use machines or skip a week here and there 🤢. Personally it's not worth it to save a few quid.
